Pgc-100 gas chiller ultra-low temperature air conditioner can reach a very low temperature internally, providing compact, convenient and easy-to-use ultra-low temperature air flow output to meet various ultra-low temperature applications. Or it can be used to condense and trap various low boiling point gases to prevent the corrosive steam and smoke from affecting the user's equipment and environment.

The simple and reliable vapor cold self cascade refrigeration system is adopted, and the safe, flame-retardant, non-toxic and environment-friendly mixed refrigerant is used, which simplifies the structure of the refrigeration system and improves the efficiency and reliability of the refrigeration system.

After the normal temperature dry gas enters the refrigerator, the heat exchange between the dry gas and the ultra-low temperature refrigerant is carried out inside the refrigerator, and the gas temperature gradually decreases, forming a continuous ultra-low temperature gas flow output.

The core part of pgc-100 ultra-low temperature air conditioner is a set of vaporcold ultra-low temperature refrigerator. After the refrigerator is started, it works continuously and can form an internal circulation of -120 ℃ ultra-low temperature refrigerant.

In conventional applications, the gas flow can be reduced to obtain a lower gas temperature.

After testing, the normal temperature dry nitrogen with a flow of 20l/min can obtain continuous ultra-low temperature nitrogen output after cooling by the refrigerator, and the outlet temperature is ≤ -100 ℃.

The long flow instrument can provide ultra-low temperature air-conditioning units with lower temperature and greater flow. The standard models available at present are pgc-100, pgc-102, pgc-150 and pgc-152.
