In 2020
hundreds of precision chillers have entered into leading microelectronics enterprises such as Huawei, ZTE, Loongson, Hua-da and Aike.
In 2018
the self-cascade cryogenic unit with the lowest temperature -135℃ was successfully applied to the Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics.
In 2017
the refrigerating capacity of 420KW precision chiller was applied in the North Synchrotron Radiation Facility pre-research project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
In 2016
the one-in-service and one-standby continuous operation chiller was applied to the core project of the Institute of High-Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the University of Science and Technology of China.
In 2014
precision chillers were successively applied to Intel, NXP, BOSCH, ABB and other internationally renowned enterprises.
In 2012
we won the bid for ISOL water cooling unit equipment (2 sets of units) of China Institute of Atomic Energy.
In 2010
the precision chiller was equipped with laser security equipment and successfully entered the Shanghai World Expo and Guangzhou Asian Games.
From 2010 to now
it has been a precision water cooler for the National Defense University of Science and Technology, which is equipped with on-board high-power laser.
Since 2009
dozens of customized precision chillers and liquid nitrogen control devices have served Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF).
Since 2007
hundreds of customized precision chillers have served the 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 30th, 44th, 47th, 53rd research institute of China Electronics Technology Corporation (CETC).
Since 2006
Several hundred chillers are matching with Japanese large scale integrated circuit automatic test equipment company（AdvanTest）.
In March 2003
we successfully won the bid for the major renovation project of Beijing Electron Positron Collider II (BEPCII).
